Conference Services Supervisor:
Organizing, planning and supervising Group Conferences held on Campus. Ensure the group is taken care throughout their stay making additional arrangements if necessary and ensuring contracts are reviewed according to their needs.
Guest Services Supervisor:
Meeting, greeting and interacting with guests, clerical work and switchboard operation. Problem resolution, housing, file records and invoicing. Handle emergency situations and communicate to appropriate channels and guests. Make complete reports and maintain an accurate account of daily income.
Program Leader:
- Craft Shop Supervisor: Supervise and instruct craft activities like bead work, leather embossing, tie dye, painting, pottery and fiber arts (loom weaving, spinning wheels, knitting). Control cash and balance and Provide nurturing educational and recreational programs for 3-5 year olds, kids and teenagers.
- Adventure Programs – Group Initiatives and games, process individual and group work, mountain biking, hiking, archery and other outdoor activities. Belay certified for climbing structures and linear courses.
- Environmental Education – Provide recreational and environmental activities for children ages 5-15.
